How to Review a Custom Privacy Filter Before Reordering

Before a repeat custom privacy filter order, compare the approved design with the current device, attachment, function and packaging. Separate unchanged scope from changes that need review.
To reorder a custom privacy filter, start with the approved configuration or order reference your team holds—not “same as last time” or the old screen-inch label. Compare the current device and mounting interface, drawing revision, material and function, attachment, packaging, quantities and destination with that reference. Mark each item unchanged and checked, changed—review needed, or missing information. An unchanged scope is a repeat-order candidate, not automatic permission to skip a sample or start production. Flag changes for discussion; if the earlier approved reference cannot be found, treat the configuration as open rather than guessing it.
Start with the approved configuration, not the last invoice label
Find the buyer-held order reference and the documents that defined what was supplied: the approved drawing revision, named device or application, agreed material and function version, attachment, sample decision if one exists, and approved packaging artwork or instructions. Note which references are actually available and which are missing. A catalog label or diagonal size cannot tell a reviewer whether the cutout, contact surface or pack is the same as before.
Put the old reference beside the new request before asking for a repeat price. If the project used a drawing, identify the approved drawing and cutout reference by its revision. That guide explains how drawing references are established; this checklist is about whether the previously approved version still describes the present request. Do not assume ScreenWord can retrieve a buyer’s old files or infer the approved version from an invoice description alone.
Run a repeat-order change check
Copy the table into your working record and replace each [PLACEHOLDER] with a real project reference or answer. For Change status, use Unchanged and checked, Changed—review needed, or Missing information. If two versions disagree, keep both references visible until the responsible people resolve the difference. The table is a purchasing comparison, not a production drawing.

The device, visible area and edge rows tell you whether the old geometry is still a useful reference; the drawing row tells you which version to discuss. Function, attachment and packaging may change even when the filter outline does not. Quantity and destination belong in the same comparison so they are not silently copied from the prior order, but they may require a commercial update rather than a new technical review.
Decide which approvals may need to reopen
Unchanged and checked. Name the old approved references and the fields you compared. Ask ScreenWord whether that exact scope can be handled as a repeat-order candidate and what confirmation, if any, is needed this time. A checked match is not an automatic sample exemption or a production release.
Changed—review needed. Describe the change and its consequence, not merely “revision updated.” A new device boundary, cutout or finished-filter outline may call for drawing and sample discussion. A different function, material or contact method may change what users need to try on the intended setup. A packaging-artwork change needs its own approved version. Ask the responsible buyer and supplier contacts which earlier decisions still apply and which need a new response; not every change requires the same review.
Missing information. List the absent old or current reference, its owner and the next action. If the old approved drawing cannot be found, do not call an unverified sketch the previous production version. Keep that configuration open until the buyer and supplier establish a usable reference.
A change only to filter quantity or destination may leave the physical design untouched while changing the quotation or delivery plan. Conversely, a geometry change may affect packaging and timing as well as the part. To plan approvals and timing, use the separate schedule guide after the affected decisions are identified here; this article does not calculate a new lead time. Once the configuration is agreed, compare confirmed order lines in the order guide rather than using this early version check as a final order confirmation.
Send a revision-aware repeat-order request
Review custom filter options for the project scope and use the bulk order discussion when quantities or several configurations need coordinating. ScreenWord’s custom privacy-filter MOQ is 50 pieces; custom color-box packaging has a separate MOQ of 1,000 boxes, regardless of size. These are different objects and units. A previous order does not itself waive either minimum, and the requested packaging quantity should not be inferred from the filter count.
Paste a concise summary like this into the inquiry text; replace each bracketed field with your own record and leave unresolved items visibly open:
Repeat-order reference: previous order
[PLACEHOLDER]; buyer-held approved configuration/drawing revision[PLACEHOLDER].
Unchanged and checked: device/application[PLACEHOLDER]; geometry[PLACEHOLDER]; function/material[PLACEHOLDER]; attachment[PLACEHOLDER]; packaging/artwork[PLACEHOLDER].
Changed—review needed: item, old value, requested value and reason[PLACEHOLDER].
Missing information / owner:[PLACEHOLDER].
Requested quantities: custom filters[PLACEHOLDER]pieces; custom color boxes[PLACEHOLDER]boxes, or state that custom boxes are not requested.
Destination and desired arrival target:[PLACEHOLDER](requested, not agreed).
Please confirm: the configuration you can quote[PLACEHOLDER]; whether a new drawing, sample or artwork decision is needed[PLACEHOLDER]; and the project-specific quotation and timing response[PLACEHOLDER].
Request a revision-aware reorder review with that text summary. The inquiry form does not transmit file attachments; if a drawing or artwork needs to be shared, first submit the inquiry and use the contact options provided on the site to send the file separately with the same reference.
