Screenword Technology Co., Ltd operates the ScreenWord website. This policy explains, in clear terms, what information buyers may provide through the website, how we use it, which service providers support the website, and how buyers can make a privacy request.

Information We Collect

Buyers may choose to submit information through an inquiry form, including name, company, work email, country or market, inquiry type, device or product requirement, visible display width and height, aspect ratio, attachment preference, material or function request, quantity, target delivery timing, custom requirements, packaging requirements and a buyer message. Depending on the inquiry type, the form may also ask about touchscreen use and a device list or size summary.

Some inquiry modes allow a buyer to select a local device list, photo or drawing. The current form does not include the selected file itself in the online submission; it may include the selected file name in an inquiry note so the buyer can share the file separately through an approved communication channel.

How We Use Information

We use inquiry information only for the purposes described here: responding to an inquiry, reviewing a quotation or sample request, discussing product fit and configuration, and continuing related business communication. We may also use the information to prepare or administer quotations, orders and other records connected with a buyer’s request.

Where applicable, our legal basis may include taking steps at a buyer’s request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, or pursuing a legitimate business interest in responding to a genuine B2B inquiry. We use inquiry information only for these described purposes and do not add a default marketing subscription through the inquiry form.

Service Providers and Retention

Web3Forms: The website uses Web3Forms to receive and transmit the information submitted through the inquiry form. Web3Forms may process the submission so it can be delivered to the ScreenWord inquiry workflow.

Cloudflare Pages: The website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and related security or network services. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, device information and request logs as part of providing those services.

Google Translate: The website uses Google Translate for real-time page translation. Translation may create requests to Google and may use browser cookies or local storage for language preferences.

Unsuccessful or inactive inquiry data is retained for 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Records connected with quotations, contracts, orders, payments or transactions are retained for the applicable contractual, tax, accounting and legal periods. After the applicable period, data is deleted or anonymized unless continued retention is legally required.

Your Choices

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No default marketing consent is required to submit an inquiry.
